Training Regulations and Responsibilities
1. We comply with local training regulations from the beginning to the end of the training program and are responsible
for any damages during the scheduled training.
If a student does not attend class within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the class will be considered ended.
2. Absences due to personal reasons (such as exercise, massage, going out, etc.) for more than three times during
the training period (except for accidents or illness) will result in the cancellation of the remaining classes.
(If unable to attend a class, prior notice must be given to the office.)
3. Violations such as class absences, cheating during exams, vandalism, improper behavior during outdoor activities,
ignoring Filipino teachers, leaving class without permission, and failure to follow the manager’s reasonable instructions
may result in dismissal after multiple offenses.
4. The language school is not responsible for safety accidents during family training.
5. In family training, the school is not liable for accidents due to the absence of guardians. Children left alone at the
school will be dismissed if they go out three times without permission.
7. Students must follow the set rules for going out and staying out during family training. If staying out with a child
without approval, the student will be discharged.
8. Smoking and drinking are prohibited for minors. Students caught doing either will be discharged.
9. The school does not purchase dangerous toys or engage in risky play activities. If an accident occurs, the responsibility
falls on the student and their parents.
10. The student and their parents are responsible for accidents caused while driving or traveling by means such as cars
and motorcycles.
11. Any incidents such as fights between students, unauthorized sexual activities, bullying, or going out without
permission may result in dismissal from the program.
12. The laws of the Philippines apply, and violations will hold the student and their parents accountable.
14. The student is responsible for any loss of goods or money due to their own negligence, especially if the items are not
secured with the lead teacher.
15. Homework assigned during class must be completed. Failure to do so may delay class progress, and after three
instances of uncompleted homework, the teacher may refuse to continue classes.
16. Staying in a room other than your own is prohibited. Students caught doing so will be dismissed, unless prior
permission has been granted.
17. The use of native language during class is prohibited. Only English is allowed, and failure to comply may result in the
teacher refusing to continue the class.
- If the student loses or damages any items belonging to the academy, they must pay for them.
18. Meals must be taken in designated restaurants; private meals cannot be brought into the room. Violations of this policy
more than three times will lead to discharge. (Permission may be granted in advance under certain conditions.)
19. Students will be responsible for any fees related to overseas remittances.
20. Requests for class postponement or changes for personal reasons after arrival are not possible. Additional classes
may be arranged through consultation.
- If a student has a mental or physical disability, the academy must be informed in advance. Failure to disclose this
information may result in dismissal.
21. Students needing sick leave must submit a medical certificate from a specialist. They may apply for a leave of absence
for up to one year, with the option to re-register later. Any changes to assignments will be discussed with the teacher.
22. The academy is not responsible for service disruptions due to flight delays, cancellations, natural disasters, or other
unforeseen events.

The academy is not liable for criminal or civil legal issues.
25. The academy is not responsible for any accidents, damage, or losses caused by actions taken without prior approval.
26. All students are required to have international student insurance covering accidents, losses, and illnesses
(such as endemic diseases), both inside and outside the academy. Compensation is available within the limits of the
insurance policy, but the academy will not provide additional compensation.

rate changes, tax increases, or any other factors beyond its control.
28. The academy is not responsible for events, accidents, or illnesses related to age, chronic illnesses, or allergies.
Students with such conditions should consult with their doctor beforehand, follow their medical prescriptions,
