REFUNDABLE POLICY
1. Before the Start of the Training:
- Full refund excluding the down payment (500,000 won) when requesting a refund four weeks before the start of the
training.
- Full refund excluding tuition and down payment when requesting a refund within four weeks of the start date.
*If a refund is requested within two weeks, a full refund excluding tuition and training expenses for the first four weeks
will be given.
- Training can be postponed only once.
(If tuition increases due to the change in schedule, the increased tuition will apply.)
- You will not be able to register for the training date after 1 year.
2. After the Start of the Training:
- No refund is available for registration less than four weeks into the training.
- If a refund is requested within one week after the start of training, 50% of the remaining training expenses will
be refunded, excluding the first four weeks of training.
- If a refund is requested after the start of training, 50% of the remaining training expenses will be refunded, excluding
the first four weeks of training and the next four weeks.
- If more than 50% of the training period has passed after the start of the training, no remaining training expenses will
be refunded.
3. Other Refund Rules (if the training period is more than 4 weeks away):
- The training period can be postponed for up to one year if you leave due to health problems (doctor’s note required).
- Postponement is possible in the event of an immediate family member’s death within one year of the training period.
(A death certificate is required.)
- If you request a refund instead of a postponement, the refund rules applicable after the start of training will apply.
4. Change of Training Program:
- You can apply for additional classes locally, but changing the training program is not allowed.
5. Non-refundable
- Leaving the school.
- Refund requests due to local maladjustment.
- Refund requests for a minor, curable disease or allergy.

- Refunds will be processed within one month after receiving the refund application and completing the refund review.
- Any fees incurred for overseas remittances will be deducted from the refund.
- The refund will be processed through the registered company and transferred to the requested account.
7. Classes are Not Conducted Due to Disasters, etc.:
- If training can continue under an agreement with the local Philippine government, the training will proceed. If the
student wishes to cancel the training, the language school will cancel the training and process a refund according
to the refund rules.
- If the academy is unable to operate due to the judgment of the academy (such as in the case of disasters or
other uncontrollable events), a full refund will be issued for the remaining training period
