ACADEMY RULES


  1. You or your guardian shall be liable for any accidents caused by carelessness during the course of the class.
  2. If you do not participate in the class within 10 minutes of the start of the class, the class will be canceled.
  3. Unauthorized absences, cheating during exams, property damage, inappropriate behavior during outdoor activities, ignoring teachers, and going out without permission during class is strictly not allowed and can lead to suspension. If you move to another dormitory and do not follow the instructions of your manager, you will be expelled for three (3) misdemeanors.
  4. Underage students will be expelled from school if they are caught drinking or smoking.
  5. Purchasing items or products that may cause harm to others, such as sharp objects or objects containing toxic
  6. ingredients, is prohibited. If an accident occurs while using the item, the guardian should be held accountable for all causes.
  7. Underage students or those who do not have a driver's license are prohibited from driving cars, motorcycles, or other vehicles. All expenses and responsibilities should be taken if something bad happens.
  8. Problems within the academy, such as fights between students, entering classrooms without permission, dating, and bullying, will be sanctioned or expelled in the worst case.
  9. While residing in the Philippines, the student shall be held accountable for any issues arising from his or her failure to comply with Philippine law.
  10. Management will not be held responsible if personal belongings are lost due to carelessness. Note: Any valuables safely stored in the office will be held fully responsible by management.
  11. All assignments given during the class must be completed, and failure to do so may delay the course.
  12. Staying in a room other than your own without permission from your supervisor is strictly prohibited. If caught, you may be forced to leave the room.
  13. Speaking in your native language is not allowed during class, only English should be used.
  14. If you lose or damage the Academy's goods and possessions for any reason, you shall be compensated for an amount equivalent to the value of the goods.
  15. All meals are only served in the cafeteria (except when reported to the office for special reasons).
  16. All service fees incurred when transferring money abroad must be borne by the student.
  17. After arriving at the academy, the class cannot be postponed or changed for personal reasons.
  18. If the student has a mental or physical disability, the academy should be notified in advance before the start of the class, which management keeps confidential, otherwise the student may be expelled.
  19. If a student needs sick leave, the training period can be changed within one year by submitting a medical certificate from a specialist. (Same class and instructor assignments may not be possible.)
  20. Natural disasters, unexpected events, air delays and cancellations, or accidents resulting from the above force majeure, are serviced; otherwise, the Academy or its representatives are not liable for damages or legal liability.
  21. Holidays may be unexpectedly announced in the Philippines, and classes may be cancelled due to national holidays.
  22. All matters of the Academy will be notified to your parents in advance and you may be subject to sanctions for moving to another Academy or leaving the Academy before returning home. Note: The Academy does not want to cause or be involved in criminal or civil legal issues in Korea or the Philippines.
  23. The Academy shall not be liable for any loss of life, damage or damage caused by actions taken without prior permission from the Agency.
  24. All accidents, damages, and diseases (such as endemic diseases) that occur inside and outside the academy when studying abroad can only be covered within the scope of international student insurance and traveler insurance, and the academy does not provide separate compensation.
  25. The academy may change prices for reasons beyond the academy's control, such as government legal regulations such as exchange rates and tax increases. It has the power to change or choose classes and programs when it feels it needs to improve certain areas.
  26. This school is not responsible for events, accidents, or illnesses caused by age, chronic diseases, or allergies. Those with chronic diseases and allergies should receive a doctor's diagnosis in advance, follow the doctor's judgment, and inform the academy of their doctor's diagnosis of chronic diseases and allergies in advance. If they do not inform the academy, someone can refuse admission.
  27. We were informed of the local cost, and the academy agreed to pay the local cost.
