Communication

SITUATION REPORT

• Students can talk to their parents once a week via Kakao Talk for about 10 minutes.

• On Sundays, after activities, students can use their personal cell phones to talk to their parents for 2-3 hours around

    7 p.m. (Korean time).

• Children's photos are updated daily on the Naver Band (BELA Language School Group).

• Shared photos include various moments such as meals, snacks, gym sessions, weekend activities, and one-on-one

   study sessions.

• To ensure privacy, only authorized individuals can access the Naver Band group to prevent the sharing of children's

   photos.
    

FEED BACK

• Upon arrival at the academy, level test results are shared personally via wire or

   KakaoTalk.

• Weekly assessments are conducted every Friday, with individual results sent 

   through KakaoTalk.

• Monthly feedback is provided, summarizing the study volume for words and 

   patterns, as well as the number of errors.

• At the end of each textbook, assessments and simple tests determine whether to review or proceed to a new textbook.

• During the camp's completion ceremony, students receive a certificate of completion and a report card summarizing 

   their overall level test results, highlighting their progress and skill improvement.
